Abstract

Hanoi is the capital and economic, political and cultural center of Vietnam. It shows unique charm with its rich historical, cultural and creative resources. It has gradually become the "cradle" of Vietnam's creative industry and joined UCCN as "City of Design" in 2019. In order to establish a creative city brand and realize the vision of Southeast Asia's creative capital, Hanoi has established the cultural industry as a priority development area, is committed to building a creative ecosystem, and promotes diversified development such as creative entrepreneurship, digital technology application, and talent introduction.

Hanoi Creative City has many creative spaces, covering co-working spaces, culture and art, and other fields. These spaces not only bring together many creative talents, but also help the flourishing development of culture, technology, and creative industries. They play an important role in shaping Hanoi's urban image, enhancing its attractiveness, stimulating creativity and promoting urban renewal.
