Abstract

Lille is the largest city in northern France. Lille is not only an important industrial city in the France, but also an important transportation hub. The support of the local government for emerging technology enterprises and service industries is an important opportunity for Lille's urban transformation, and design is the "lubricant" for urban transformation. Lille was honored as "World Design Capital" by WDO in 2020. It advocates human-centered design, with project themes focusing on keywords such as "connection, innovation, integration, quality, inheritance, and culture". It drives innovation and development in the city, showcasing Lille's innovative prowess to visitors from around the globe.
