Abstract
Lille is the largest city in northern France. Lille is not only an important
industrial city in the France, but also an important transportation hub. The
support of the local government for emerging technology enterprises and
service industries is an important opportunity for Lille's urban transformation,
and design is the "lubricant" for urban transformation. Lille was honored as
"World Design Capital" by WDO in 2020. It advocates human-centered design,
with project themes focusing on keywords such as "connection, innovation,
integration, quality, inheritance, and culture". It drives innovation and
development in the city, showcasing Lille's innovative prowess to visitors from
around the globe.

里尔是法国北部最大的城市,几乎位于法国最北部的里尔不仅是北方工业重镇,也是重要的交通枢纽。当地政府对新兴科技企业与服务业的扶持是里尔城市转型的重要契机,而设计则是城市转型的“润滑剂”。里尔于2020年获得“世界设计之都(WDC)”的称号,它倡导“以人为本”的设计,以“连结、创新、共触、品质、传承、文化” 等关键词为项目主题,推动了城市的创新与发展,为全球来访者展现了里尔的创新力量。
